1. Southern Regional Rams  (20-4)
Following a 33-21 loss to eventual Group 2 Champion, South Plainfield, the Rams threw it into another gear. Starting with a 32-16 double up of Phillipsburg, Southern won their final ten bouts of the season, including a 30-28 win over then #1 Howell in the SJG5 Finals, and the win over Hunterdon Central to give them the Group 5 Championship; their 3rd in program history.

2. Howell Rebels  (24-1)
The Rebels won their 14th straight A-North Title, and 23rd Divisional Title overall, but their attempt to go wire-to-wire was halted in the SJG5 Finals by Southern, ending a streak of 78 consecutive dual meet wins.

3. TR North Mariners  (20-4)
The Mariners regular season was highlighted by defeating #1 Southern, on way to winning their first ever A-South Championship, and 2nd Divisional Title overall.

4. Jackson Memorial Jags  (16-5)
The Jags won their 10th Sectional Title by hammering Colts Neck in the CJG4 Championships, 55-8, but were defeated in the G4 Semis by eventual champ, Kingsway.

5. Raritan Rockets  (18-6)
Raritan reclaimed their A-Central Title this season, their 17th overall. Their bid for back-to-back Sectional Titles was halted by eventual Group 2 Champion, South Plainfield, in the CJG2 Finals.

6. Long Branch Green Wave  (19-4)
The Green Wave finished 2nd in A-North, and were denied a 2nd straight CJG4 Championship with a loss to Jackson Memorial in the CJG4 Semis.

7. Manalapan Braves  (25-5)
The Braves, who finished 3rd in A-North, advanced to the CJG5 Finals where they were defeated by Hunterdon Central.

8. Shore Regional Blue Devils  (25-2)
The B-Central Champion Blue Devils best regular season in program history was capped off by winning the first ever Sectional Title in school history. 

9. Ocean Township Spartans  (15-8)
The Spartans, who shared a piece of B-North with Middletown North and Colts Neck, advanced to Toms River for the first time since 2012 where they were defeated by eventual Group 3 Champ, West Essex. Ocean's 7th Sectional Title is the most all-time for a Monmouth County team.

10. Pt Boro Panthers  (11-7)
The B-South Champion Panthers bid for a repeat Sectional Title ended in the opening round with a loss to Delran. 

11. Middletown North Lions  (12-8)
The Lions, who finished tied atop B-North with Ocean and Colts Neck, were eliminated by North Hunterdon in the NJ2G4 Semis,
